This week, HGTV / DIY are proclaiming the appointment and introduction of Matt Blashaw as the new Yard Crasher with zero reference to Ahmed and zeroexplanation as to what happened to Ahmed. Some viewers are irate, vowing never again to watch Yard Crashers. And many are irate at the broadcaster, all together.

I like many many others no longer watch Yard Crashers…
Has anyone stopped to think that maybe Ahmed (and/or his family) are going through something private? Maybe Matt has been brought in temporarily until Ahmed is able to return? Since when does Ahmed, or anyone for that matter HAVE to tell the world anything about their private life. Just sayin…
Yes that was stupid. Managers sometimes think they are intelligent. However most times they lack common sense such as this incident. They just don’t get it.
I love Yard Crashers and if it was Ahmed’s choice to leave the show then im fine with it but if its not broken then dont fix it.Changing hosts on a great show like Yard Crashers especially when you already have an awesome one like Ahmed is just stupid.Poor decision making HGTV, you really let me and alot of other people down.
